Group 1 Cambridge attempted to steal £70 from my pocket. Full price for changing 2 tyres was agreed by phone in advance. However half an hour after my car was taken to the workshop I was given a phone call quoting £70 higher price. Disgusting.

The service adviser read the errors from the key. I was told it is maybe the air mass sensor and also my car is too old and has a high mileage maybe a carbon problem. I was told to come back next day after 10:00

Excellent service except for one point. All four tyres were deflated so as soon as we drove off we had a warning to pump the all up. This is the second service where this has happened and is obviously a hassle.

Following my 30k mile service and MOT there were dirty marks left on the cream centre console and drivers interior door handle. Parts of the bodywork had been wiped but plenty of areas were missed completely - if this was washing the car it failed

I expressly declined the "change key battery" option in the online checkin process. Despite this the key battery was changed as part of the service and I was charged £3-72 plus VAT which they wouldn't refund. Tyre pressures too high all round.
