This was my first experience with BMW and the Group 1 dealership. I was only walking in to have a look at a one series, and 6 days later I am now the proud owner of a M135i. In all my years of motoring this has been the best customer experience ever.

Everything was okay but just last bit of car wash, the front bumper and front wind screen were remained patchy stains. Of course I didn't expect to have a shiny coating like car wash standard, but at least do the job properly.

I felt that the issue could have been resolved quicker had I received responses to my emails sent a week - 10 days, prior to my visit. Once the problem was recognised it was dealt with and overall I am satisfied with the outcome.

Unpredictable: statuary inspection reminder not reset after work, rubber seal knocked out of pace in the engine bay and found hanging over the engine, misadvised at time of booking regarding the EGR cooler & not enough loan vehicles available.

When I looked into the receipt later I found the charge for the screenwash and key battery without my prior consent. I don't think I need these 2 items because I just filled my screenwash few days ago and the key still works fine.

Following onto my first answer this is the second error on the part of Barons. When I received my new car it had the wrong number plates on. New ones were sent to me to fit myself. I'm a 75 year old lady!

The only reason I use Group 1 is because my lease company doesn't allow me to use any other service provider. At the end of my lease I will definitely not get another BMW, regardless of how good the car is.

Still failed to correctly calibrate my parking cameras. Left had camera is out of position, resulting in 'bent' appearance of kurbs on left of car, and disconnect on left-rear corner when reversing.

Bmw cambridge must be the worse place to take your car. This is my 3th time going there because it is close to me but no more. Stansted is not much better as it is managed by the same company I suppose. Need to find somewhere else or change the brand
