Why it took nearly 3 hours for a running in servce boggles the mind. The car wash was pathetic. This service is simply an oil change and I was told it would take 1-1.5 hours, including the wash.

Not told about additional work. Sorted out post return, and was offered a £150 deduction, that I accepted, although should have been informed beforehand. Diesel additive was charged, but not added - the container left on passenger seat.

I booked an appointment online for 1130 - was told when I called to check that it wasn't a booking that I had to drop off between 8-10 to leave it there all day, which was not convenient

Service changed injectors. First time engine started post service warning lights, engine misfiring, into limp mode. BWM Breakdown took over. Still waiting for car back...

Cleaning service was offered but externally was not done particularly well (flies still on front and backs of mirrors) and no internal vacuuming undertaken. Its not a huge bother but if offered then historically this has been done well.

Overall a good experience with comfortable waiting area and good coffee. On check in and previously over the phone I mentioned my reg number was quoted incorrectly and despite raising this a number of times the final invoice was still not correct!

On the day of my service I was happy with my experience in branch. However I had to order a new locking wheel nut. I had to chase this up. Sent my 82 year father to collect, was not seen or helped for 10 mins then issued with wrong part. Very poor

Car was booked in due to a recall. Had to pay for a loan car as none were available having booked my car in well in advance. The brake fluid change also not done even though it was checked in two days before on the job card to be done.

Car in for minor service, MOT and tyre change. Stayed around waiting for the car to be finished. At 3.00ish got a call to say it wouldn't be finished that day. Had to go home and make an 80 mile round trip the following day to collect my car. UNHAPPY

It turned out to be a small replacement of our key batteries, but Matthew was amazing throughout - calling before check in, after the issue was diagnosed and at pick up where he spent some time with me to ensure everything was OK. Amazing.

All went very well with the service. However, I was asked if I would like my car cleaned inside and out, to which I replied yes, thank you. I think my car was jet washed, with a quick wipe down and that is it. Nothing done inside. Disappointing!

Replacement tyre not completed til the day after so waited all day and ended up having to get a lift home and return again next day. The issue seems to be the lack of stock for what are standard tyres. This also happened in a previous service.

The service adviser Matthew, cleaning of the vehicle, the complementary safety check was amazing. After the gearbox was serviced it started shifting very weirdly but the car will be brought back.

First visit to Group 1 at Cambridge. As before with G1 Stortford, the service was first class. My car was MOT'd and cleaned in a coupe of houses and in the meantime the office area provided a perfect place to work. I will be returning!

Very professional service team. This only issue would be with the free wash and vac service as that was not great. The interior still looked like it was not vacuumed at all. Exterior looked like it was just sprayed with water and not actually washed
