Good follow up call to explain advisories and that tyre technician thought they were Ok. Two had been recommended for replacement.

Garage is conveniently located and easy to reach; comfortable interior, coffee/drinks available, although the Bedford branch's desks to work on your laptop while the car is being serviced is better still! Service took 2x as long as originally quoted.

Rear air suspension sensor damaged. Car l released with the rear significantly depressed -wasn't detected by QC. Had major service and insufficient oil warning on drive home. Now have engine warning notice on with wife and kids on Motorway. Dangerous

The tyres didn't get replaced the first time eventhough the issue was identified and discussed well in advance. Had to take my car again and wait a day for the tyres to be changed. Was charged additional for the tyres and then but refunded.

Drop off and collection of car was well organised. Explanation of work carried out was clear and concise.

When I had a recall for the Airbag, BMW included a free health check and wash. Fair play. The only negative was the customer service advisor women on desk at the back. She was abit moody and not interested in a few questions I had.
