I got a hire car which was good. However, the car (Fiat 500) was rather a poor replacement for my M8. Not the end of the world, but we are currently looking for a new car at the moment and this could have been a good opportunity to test drive one.

The new automated check-in is impersonal and could lead to customers agreeing to unnecessary options. If there were concerns to bring up, it falls on the customer to chase up the service operator to highlight the same.
