Group 1 Cambridge attempted to steal £70 from my pocket. Full price for changing 2 tyres was agreed by phone in advance. However half an hour after my car was taken to the workshop I was given a phone call quoting £70 higher price. Disgusting.

friendly staff but no compensation for 2 recalls was offered 100 pounds voucher , in bmw terms this is no significant at all.
