I had a puncture and was away from my local dealer so have never been a customer and got great service although i was remote from the car and dealership the whole time.

Natalie was helpful and friendly. She called quickly when I questioned the service cost and agreed to honour the lower price as advertised in the MyBMW app. She also arranged for a couple of warranty issues to be resolved at the same time.

The issue with our vehicle was a difficult one and took time to resolve, but from keys in to keys and car out, Natalie our service advisor couldnt of done any more and kept us updated at all times. Outstanding service and a credit to the business.

I did recently have a bad experience with Mini where items that were meant to be changed were discovered not to have been. A full exposure at senior level was undertaken and their intervention resolved the issue.

Great service indeed with a caring approach. My car was cleaned this time, which wasbgreat. Customer service advisor was great too. However, while i have given 5 stars, the technicians did not replace rear wiper despite authorisation.

Car is very low mileage (907 miles) and had new air and microfilters fitted in 2022. I was told that these needed replacing on a time basis in spite of the low mileage. I declined as I felt that they were being replaced for no good reason.

Despite excellent staff, the centre over promised in that it offered to wash the car, but didn't explain this could add over an hour to the appointment time. After 50 mins waiting I had to leave. The staff were very apologetic.
