Cannot be satisfied with 0 service. They can send all the emails they want but if they're not gonna chase up to find the answer then what's the point. You don't send post to someone and not ask if they received the item do you? Stupid really.

still figuring how to connect with service centre in case there is glitches in car. e.g. seat belt was locked for a while. it was not inspected when not in job order until mot failure this time.

They sold me a car that doesn't work and at times has been dangerous to drive. They didn't have the tools and parts to fix my vehicle meaning it was in for 2+ weeks.
