Group1 cambourne overall the team was super attentive and helpful, looked after us at every step, laid out options, didnt apply pressure and made the entire experience straightforward, very easy. In particular, Adam Bonnett stands out as excellent.

Work was successfully carried out but a wheel was damaged while at the garage. Have been told it would be looked into twice and still not heard anything back. This was over 5 days ago now.

Everything just flowed. Booking in was easy, I was kept fully informed and updated with the service process. Jeremy on the service desk could not have been more helpful in sorting out an issue found during the service. Car returned on time.
