Paul and James have been very helpful during the process and, I understand, arranged for a special collection of the vehicle from the port at Southampton to ensure I got the vehicle on time with the additional dealer fitted accessories completed.

Polite & efficient service throughout day. Good facilties for waiting customers. I forget if I dealt with Cambridge francise before it moved to Cambourne, but early experience with several BMW dealers wasn't great. I might return from independents!

The only problem I had was that the service indicator wasn't zeroed and the car's service history was not updated on the car. Attempts to correct this remotely has resulted in the deletion of whereabouts the service was carried out.
