I was completely satisfied. Lewis was patient and professional and took his time to explain all the different things on offer when buying my new car. The little things like the private room on the day you get your car are all part of the experience

Work was successfully carried out but a wheel was damaged while at the garage. Have been told it would be looked into twice and still not heard anything back. This was over 5 days ago now.

Everything just flowed. Booking in was easy, I was kept fully informed and updated with the service process. Jeremy on the service desk could not have been more helpful in sorting out an issue found during the service. Car returned on time.

The recall service exceeded my expectation. On collection my car had been cleaned & waxed, plus I was given a few complementary items for delay in fitting part, due to part arriving damaged. Great communication throughout with team member Jason.

Service was carried out in a timely manner, i was kept informed throughout the process including receiving a video summary of the state of the car. An issue with a tyre was discovered allowing me to get that resolved on the day.

No mention of airbag recall fixing while collecting the car. That was the main reason why I got my car to you guys. I had selected fuel top up but I found the unopened bottle on my seat. I was expecting that be filled in the tank.

They were going to have my car in for Monday but I was told on the Saturday that the part is not going to be delivered so had to book it for Wednesday, as I had taken a day off work on Monday. As the part should have been organised earlier.

On collection I noticed white discolouration and light scuffs on NSF wheel. Tried wiping stains off but was too stubborn. Spoke to service desk, car was taken to prep and stains removed but left dull finish. Light scuffs still visible. Disappointed.

Brake fluid service. Waiting appointment. I knew when the car was ready as i saw the guy who did the courtesy wash bring my keys back in. I then waited another 25 minutes before someone came over to say it was ready. No other customers there.

Group1 cambourne overall the team was super attentive and helpful, looked after us at every step, laid out options, didnt apply pressure and made the entire experience straightforward, very easy. In particular, Adam Bonnett stands out as excellent.
