Shoddy valet! I feel a bit bad about this because it's free BUT you do provide the service and it fell far short of the rest of the experience. In fact, my car looked dirtier than it did beforehand

The new automated check-in is impersonal and could lead to customers agreeing to unnecessary options. If there were concerns to bring up, it falls on the customer to chase up the service operator to highlight the same.
