They were going to have my car in for Monday but I was told on the Saturday that the part is not going to be delivered so had to book it for Wednesday, as I had taken a day off work on Monday. As the part should have been organised earlier.

On collection I noticed white discolouration and light scuffs on NSF wheel. Tried wiping stains off but was too stubborn. Spoke to service desk, car was taken to prep and stains removed but left dull finish. Light scuffs still visible. Disappointed.

Lorraine at BMW Service Desk Cambridge advised me not to use the self check in service but report to her on arrival. I arrived early and she started check in procedures as soon as I arrived.The work was done well and Lorraine summarised work done

Brake fluid service. Waiting appointment. I knew when the car was ready as i saw the guy who did the courtesy wash bring my keys back in. I then waited another 25 minutes before someone came over to say it was ready. No other customers there.

Lorraine on service reception was very polite and welcoming. I waited whilst the service and MOT were carried out and found the waiting area comfortable with a endless supply of coffee. I received visual updates of the vehicle inspection.

The staff are very knowledgeable and kept me updated about additional items and their cost. Replacing the tension strut, new tyres and KDS alignment has made a real difference to the quality of the ride!

The only minor thing that lets you down is your car washing. It is a lovely gesture but since everything else you did was first class doing this below standard was not helpful for your image. For example my front windscreen was still dirty.

Polite & efficient service throughout day. Good facilties for waiting customers. I forget if I dealt with Cambridge francise before it moved to Cambourne, but early experience with several BMW dealers wasn't great. I might return from independents!

The only problem I had was that the service indicator wasn't zeroed and the car's service history was not updated on the car. Attempts to correct this remotely has resulted in the deletion of whereabouts the service was carried out.

Recently the front suspension of my car collapsed. I contacted the booking staff and had my car transported to Group One Cambridge. Immediately the damage to my vehicle was assessed and I was informed of the cost. The repairs were completed in a week

A disappointing experience - the technician spilled brake fluid which then leaked from the engine bay and necessitated an emergency recovery - but thankfully the Service team were great in promptly sorting this with minimal disruption to me.
